The purchase of a digital image grants the licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the selected photograph for the purposes outlined in the applicable license. • Digital and print advertising.
• Brochures, newsletters, and other promotional materials.

• Use the photograph for AI training, dataset development, or machine learning purposes.
• Register the photograph as a trademark or claim exclusive rights to the image.
• Use the image outside the agreed-upon licensing scope.
